Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship everywhere in the US & Canada, and a few countries internationally.
I do not ship to countries listed in the USPS international service disruptions list. Shipping to the UK is currently postponed!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout once desired items are added to your cart and a shipping address provided. Rates are provided by USPS based weight and include the cost of the shipping materials/packaging.
All orders ship from my studio in Queens, NYC!
When can I expect my order?
Please allow 6-8 business days for your order to process before it is shipped!
After your order has shipped, shipment times will vary based on the location. Here are approximate timelines:
- Domestic orders: 2-7 business days
- International orders: 2-4 weeks
Can I combine orders?
If multiple orders are going to the same shipping address placed within a 24 hr time frame, then yes! Please fill out the contact form and include the order numbers you are hoping to combine. A partial refund will be applied to shipping once it is mailed out.
I need to change/edit the address!
Please fill out the contact form as soon as possible so I can adjust the shipping address!
My order got returned to you!
If your order was returned to me due to an incomplete/wrong address, here is what I can offer:
- Ship it to the corrected address, but you will have to pay for shipping again
- If you do not wish to pay for shipping again and surrender your order, depending on the condition of the items returned to me, I can refund the cost of the order minus shipping
Can I cancel/return/exchange my order?
No 💔 I am a small business and cannot facilitate cancellations, returns, or exchanges! Cancellations can be made for duplicate orders.

Something is missing/wrong with my order!
If there is a product missing from your order, please fill out the contact form!
My order was lost or stolen!
Once your package is shipped, it is unfortunately completely out of my control :-( It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS if you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen.
I cannot offer a refund or replacement on lost or stolen packages!
Will I have to pay international customs fees/duties/taxes?
Very likely, yes. The cost of my products do not include any international fees! Please check the customs fees/taxes/duties with your local postal service before placing an order.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees/taxes once your package reaches your local postal service! Local postal services are responsible for contacting you if your package is being held in customs.
